Exchanges and Store Credit:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
•  Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for exchange or store credit.
• International Orders (outside the USA and AUS): Due to higher shipping costs, we can only offer store credit, not exchanges.

Refunds for Incorrect or Faulty Items:

• We accept refunds only for defective or incorrect items.
• Contact us within 30 days of purchase if you receive a faulty item.
• We will assess and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
